According to the authorized statement, "An unusual meeting leads heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a new mission, where whispers of banned ceremonies and monstrous transformations resonate through the darkness." The plot introduces a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who charges the pair with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her ally from a secret group.
The questline focuses on "peculiar experiments and a terrifying enemy" and is available to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.

The teaser features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was previously where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages. The preview concludes with a powerful sequence showing a character, likely the captive, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
