Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Also included in this new image release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing different sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the current oversight release.
